1. A user buys or sells the Tuition Fund token

2. A predefined transaction tax is applied

3. The impact portion of the tax is sent to a public, transparent impact wallet

4. Funds are periodically disbursed to NGO-approved student requests

5. Proof of funding is shared publicly with the community

This loop continues as long as on-chain activity exists.
